11th minute of the game saw Haominlen Jsy No.11 scoring a brilliant goal of the game, but he sent past PSPCL Goalkeeper Gurpreet. In the 13th minute again Haominlen got another scoring opportunity when he was given well measured pass by his team mate Jot Masih. However, Gurpreet Singh who remained all times upfront converted scoring opportunity into equalizer of the game in 18th min when JCT defender Arshdeep could not dribble past the powercom striker in JCT danger area. Young lad from JCT dominated the second half also and created lots of scoring opportunities through substitute Robert who combined well with Sukhwinder who came in replacement of Gagandeep. In the dying minutes JCT got a golden chance of scoring, but powercom defender dragged down JCT striker and denied Robert to score winner for JCT. JCT raised protest for this foul play, but match referee Jatinder Singh denied the penalty in favour of JCT. Thus match ended in one all draw and JCT had to content with one point from the opener match of Super League. Mr.Kamal Bhasin, Business Head – JCT Chohal was the Chief Guest on this occasion, whereas former Dy Director Sports Mr.Sudesh Vaish, Dy Commandant CRPF Mr.Parminder Nijjar, Dy Commandant BSF Mr.Avtar Singh, Superintendent Engineer - PSPCL Mr.Jagmohan Singh, Jagir Singh, Ali Hassan, Manjinder Singh were other sports personalities present at match venue.
